Project: Developing digital marketing skills in local Zambia youths to get more affordable digital marketing services available to local tourism companies.
Vision: Train local youths from Zambia, with a learning by doing program where we teach them digital skills while they create digital assets for tourism associations. Tourism Associations get a free website, the youths an opportunity to show their skills, which can help them turn their skills into a sustainable business.
Project Overview
Training Approach: The project employed a hands-on training model, where youths were divided into web developers and content creators. Each group was tasked with specific roles, ensuring a comprehensive learning and development process.
Collaboration: The project was done for CBI, with the help of the My Local Passion team.
